Welcome to AnimateOS.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnimateOS platform, operated by Aalind Tiwari and owned by Ruchi Tiwari under the business Arnelite Services, registered in India with offices at C9 Building, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, India.

AnimateOS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that converts AI prompts into production-ready websites and web pages.

By accessing or using AnimateOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Minimum age to use AnimateOS is 13 years old.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

AnimateOS is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

• Upload media such as logos, images, and design assets

• Access website templates and design tools

Service availability and features may change at any time.

4. Subscription Plans

AnimateOS offers the following subscription tiers.

Users may purchase additional tokens for generating content. Available packs include:

• Token packs may change without notice.
• Unused tokens may expire depending on platform policies.

6. Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed:

• Monthly or yearly depending on selected plan
• Automatically renewed unless canceled

Users are responsible for providing valid payment information. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. User Content

Users may upload content such as images, logos, screenshots, design assets, and text prompts.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, by uploading content you grant AnimateOS a limited license to process, store, and generate websites using that content.

Users must ensure they have rights to upload any material.

8. Acceptable Use

Users may not use AnimateOS to:

• Violate copyright or intellectual property laws
• Generate illegal or harmful content
• Harass or abuse others
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, software, design, and branding related to AnimateOS remain the property of AnimateOS and its owner. Users may not:

• Copy the platform
• Reverse engineer software
• Redistribute the service without permission

10. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly on AnimateOS, please contact support@animateos.com.

Provide:

• Your contact details
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Proof of ownership
• Location of the infringing material

We will investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Users may cancel their account at any time.

12. Service Availability

While we aim for high uptime, AnimateOS does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, update, or discontinue features without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

AnimateOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of generated content
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
